Puppeteering Party for Classrooms and Libraries

This workshop is available to schools, street fairs, libraries, public events, and homeschooling groups.

Come have a puppeteering party! You’ll get to make your own paper puppet eyes that turn your hand into a puppet, then you’ll get to learn how to bring that puppet to life! Dress your hand puppet up like a creature, or in a party hat, and the party is complete!

 Suitable for Ages:

  • Kids (6-11)
  • Teens (13-17)
  • Adults
  • Families

Skills Required:

  • Coloring
  • Cutting straight and curved lines unassisted
  • Using a conservative amount of glue
  • Following written and spoken instructions
  • Knowing right and left
  • Understanding dotted lines vs. a dashed lines
  • Listening carefully, without interrupting
  • Following one and two-step instructions

Base program pricing includes:

  • 1 hours of instruction and workshop time
  • Up to 30 participants
  • All tools and materials necessary to complete the project
  • Basic instruction to bring your puppet to life
