Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item (longer under special circumstances). Items in new condition will gladly be accepted for return.

Custom orders are non-refundable. (Because no one else wants a puppet that looks like your ex-brother-in-law.)

I can't refund shipping, unless your item arrives broken or incomplete, of course. But if you simply change your mind, you get to be responsible for the shipping. Consider it like sending a puppet on a round-trip vacation to an exotic destination--your house!
