We are proud to carry The Winding Road’s felted wool finger puppets! Their piggy is very pretty in pink. I’ll name her Jonick, after the late pig at my son’s old elementary school who lived to be 30+ years old. She had quite the partying college years.
Each puppet is 4.5" tall, 2" wide and 2" thick, which means they’re suitable for ages 3+.
The Winding Road partners with a small, fair trade, family-owned workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal. They employ 60 women artisans and provide a fair wage, job training, medical expense reimbursement, and give a portion of their profits to pay full school tuition for their worker’s children.
This eco-friendly puppet is made from sheep’s wool, so be aware if you have any allergies (but if you’re not allergic, the natural lanolin feels lovely on your hands)!
